Allegiant Stadium is closest to the south end of the Strip, so the best hotels near Allegiant Stadium are the MGM resorts clustered around Mandalay Bay. MGM’s Fan District page puts Mandalay Bay, Luxor and W Las Vegas less than half a mile away on foot, and Four Seasons, inside the Mandalay Bay complex, calls the stadium an easy 10-minute walk. Below are eight hotels worth booking for a Raiders game, a UNLV game or a stadium concert, using only distances the hotels or MGM publish.
Quick answer
Mandalay Bay is the best all-round base for Allegiant Stadium: MGM puts it less than half a mile away on foot, and it adds an 11-acre pool complex, a 21+ sports-themed pool club and prepaid event parking in its garage. Luxor, also under half a mile per MGM, is the budget pick. For luxury without a casino, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas calls the stadium an easy 10-minute walk.

1. Mandalay Bay: Best Overall for Game Day

Best Overall for Game Day
Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino
- 11-acre beach, wave pool & lazy river
- Shark Reef Aquarium
- Michael Jackson ONE
- Free tram
MGM’s Fan District page puts Mandalay Bay less than half a mile from Allegiant Stadium on foot, and Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar sits near the walkway toward the stadium. Standard Resort rooms are 550 square feet, and the 11-acre Mandalay Bay Beach has a wave pool, a lazy river and real sand.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Mandalay Bay works for the whole weekend, not just kickoff. Tailgate Beach Club, opened in May 2026, is a 21+ sports pool club with three heated pools, 145 feet of LED screens and a BetMGM cabana sportsbook; it’s open year-round except Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and hotel guests get in free with a room key. Michelob ULTRA Arena, home of the Las Vegas Aces, and Shark Reef Aquarium are on site, and the free tram runs to Luxor and Excalibur.
Drivers can buy MGM’s Prepaid Reserved Event Parking for select stadium events in the garage Mandalay Bay shares with W Las Vegas, off Frank Sinatra Drive. More pool-first options are in our guide to Las Vegas hotels with pools.
Watch out for: a resort fee of $50 per night plus tax (as of October 2026). Guests mention long walks inside the complex, noise and slow check-in. Rideshare pickup is south of the hotel lobby, down the escalator at beach level.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
2. Luxor: Best Budget Pick in Walking Distance

Best Budget Pick
Luxor Hotel & Casino
- Pyramid & tower rooms
- Blue Man Group
- Titanic & Bodies exhibitions
- Free tram
Luxor is the budget option among the three hotels MGM puts less than half a mile from the stadium on foot. Its resort fee is $45 plus tax, $5 below Mandalay Bay’s (as of October 2026), and rooms measure 420 square feet in the pyramid and 449 in the towers.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Public House, Luxor’s American sports pub, handles the pregame, and an indoor walkway through The Shoppes at Mandalay Place leads to Mandalay Bay’s bars and restaurants. MGM’s prepaid event parking is sold for the Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas and Excalibur garages, so drivers should book one of those for game day.
Watch out for: guests describe some pyramid rooms as dated and stuffy and mention long walks from the garage to the front desk. Rideshare pickup is at the North Entrance off Reno Avenue. Our Luxor Las Vegas review compares Pyramid and Tower rooms.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
3. W Las Vegas: Best Suites With Stadium Views
Best Suites With Stadium Views
W Las Vegas
- Formerly Delano
- No casino
- Smoke-free
- Mandalay Bay Beach access
W Las Vegas, the former Delano, is an all-suite, non-gaming and smoke-free hotel on the Mandalay Bay campus, and MGM puts it less than half a mile from the stadium on foot. Its 725-square-foot W Escape Stadium View suites look out on Allegiant Stadium.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Groups can split the 1,142-square-foot W Premier Two Bedroom Suite, which sleeps six with a king and two queens. Guests get the WET Deck pool, reserved for W guests, plus access to Mandalay Bay Beach, and the hotel is part of MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy.
Watch out for: work in progress. Skyfall Lounge is closed for a remodel, 3940 Coffee and Tea is temporarily closed and an arrival-experience overhaul is under way. Suites have no sofa beds, and the resort fee matches Mandalay Bay’s $50 plus tax (as of October 2026). Guest reviews, many from the Delano years, mention slow responses from staff and party noise in some suites.
4. Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas: Best Luxury Pick

Best Luxury Pick
Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
- No casino
- Smoke-free
- Five-Star spa
- Private pool + Mandalay Bay Beach
Four Seasons occupies five floors of the Mandalay Bay complex with its own entrance and elevators, and calls Allegiant Stadium “an easy 10-minute walk.” It’s non-gaming and non-smoking, and its Stadium View rooms average 560 square feet.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
This is the calm option: a private seasonal pool, a spa rated Five-Star by Forbes Travel Guide (the hotel itself is Four-Star), Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina and 24-hour in-room dining, with Mandalay Bay Beach and the casino next door. Stadium views run up to the 1,500-square-foot Stadium View Panoramic Suite, and up to two dogs or cats of 25 pounds or less stay at no extra charge.
Watch out for: we couldn’t verify the current resort fee or parking rates, so check the full total in Four Seasons’ booking engine before you commit. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout at noon, and guests say the extras add up.
5. Excalibur: Best for Families and Drivers on a Budget

Best Budget Family Pick
Excalibur Hotel & Casino
- Pools with water slide
- Fun Dungeon arcade
- Tournament of Kings
- Free tram to Luxor & Mandalay Bay
MGM sells Prepaid Reserved Event Parking for select Allegiant Stadium events at Excalibur, as well as at Mandalay Bay and W Las Vegas, and the free tram runs from here to Mandalay Bay. It’s also the only MGM Strip resort with oversized-vehicle and RV parking, at $50 per 24 hours (free for MGM Rewards Pearl members and above).
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Families get the most to do here: four pools with a water slide, the Fun Dungeon arcade and the Tournament of Kings dinner show. We found no published walking distance from Excalibur to the stadium, so ride the tram to Mandalay Bay and walk from there. For T-Mobile Arena, MGM puts Excalibur 10 to 15 minutes away on foot.
Watch out for: standard rooms are 352 square feet, and guests mention thin walls, dated decor outside the renovated Resort Tower and a $25-a-day refrigerator rental. Excalibur isn’t on MGM’s current valet rate table, so confirm valet before you count on it.
6. New York-New York: Best for T-Mobile Arena Too

Best for T-Mobile Arena Too
New York-New York Hotel & Casino
- Big Apple Coaster
- Arcade & Hershey's
- Next to T-Mobile Arena
- Dueling pianos
New York-New York is the closest hotel in this guide to T-Mobile Arena, under 5 minutes (0.3 mile) on foot per MGM, which makes it the pick for a weekend that pairs a Golden Knights game or arena concert with a stadium event. For Allegiant Stadium, cross the bridge to Excalibur and take the free tram to Mandalay Bay.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Soho rooms start at 350 square feet, the resort fee is $45 plus tax (as of October 2026), and Nine Fine Irishmen and Tom’s Watch Bar, with 360-degree screens, cover the pregame. Mad Apple, the Cirque du Soleil show here, closed in September 2026.
Watch out for: guests mention coaster and construction noise, small rooms, and no coffee maker or fridge. During T-Mobile Arena events, the garage switches to prepaid event parking only.
7. MGM Grand: Best for Monorail Access

Best for Monorail Access
MGM Grand Las Vegas
- 6.5-acre pools & lazy river
- KÀ by Cirque du Soleil
- Monorail station
- Arena events & comedy
MGM Grand has its own Monorail station, a 6.5-acre pool complex with a lazy river and main-tower rooms remodeled in a $300 million project finished in November 2025. T-Mobile Arena is about 10 minutes away on foot, per MGM.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Book MGM Grand if the stadium is one night of a longer trip. We found no published walking time from here to Allegiant Stadium; the car-free route crosses the bridge to New York-New York and the Excalibur bridge, then takes the free tram to Mandalay Bay. TAP Sports Bar has 60 HD TVs, and our MGM Grand review breaks down the room types.
Watch out for: a $50 resort fee plus tax (as of October 2026), long walks inside the resort and smoke on the casino floor.
8. M Resort: Best for Free Parking
Best for Free Parking
M Resort Spa Casino
- Free parking
- Airport shuttle (in fee)
- DayDream adults-only pool
- Quieter setting
M Resort, in Henderson at 12300 S. Las Vegas Blvd., is a drive from the stadium rather than a walk, but hotel guests can reserve its Game Day transportation to Allegiant Stadium. Self-parking and valet are free, and the $39.99-plus-tax resort fee includes an airport shuttle.
Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.
Wikipedia notes a partnership with the Raiders, who rent the hotel before games; a second tower opened in late 2025, bringing the room count to 765. The adults-only DayDream Pool Club and Spa Mio round out a quieter base away from the Strip.
Watch out for: guests mention the atmosphere on Raiders and event days, uneven restaurant and casino service and pool maintenance, and the pool closes on some event dates. Booking by phone or at the front desk adds a $10 reservation fee.
A no-resort-fee option near the stadium
Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Stadium Area is the one to look at if you’d rather skip resort fees entirely. NerdWallet (updated September 2026) says it’s walkable to Allegiant Stadium, charges no resort fee and is entirely smoke-free. Guests pay $20 a night to park, while non-guests pay $75 during stadium events, and pets cost $100 per stay. More options are in our guide to Las Vegas hotels without resort fees.
You’ll also see other chain hotels with “Stadium” in their names. We haven’t verified their fees, parking or walking routes, so check those directly before booking.
Game-day tips: walking, parking and rideshare
Walking to the stadium
From the Mandalay Bay end of the Strip, the stadium is a walk: less than half a mile from Mandalay Bay, Luxor and W Las Vegas, per MGM, and about 10 minutes from Four Seasons, per the hotel. None of these sources gives a game-day estimate, so leave a buffer for security lines and crowds.
From MGM Grand, New York-New York or Excalibur, the free tram from Excalibur to Mandalay Bay cuts out part of the walk. Mandalay Bay’s and Luxor’s pages list it running daily from 10 a.m. to midnight (Excalibur’s page shows 8 a.m. starts on weekdays), so after a late concert, plan to walk or ride back.
Parking
MGM sells Prepaid Reserved Event Parking for select Allegiant Stadium events in the Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas and Excalibur garages. Without it, MGM’s Strip garages charge visitors $20 per 24 hours Monday through Thursday and $25 Friday through Sunday, prices may be higher during special events, and Nevada residents’ three free hours don’t apply then (as of October 2026). Registered MGM hotel guests pay $20 a day, and MGM Rewards Pearl members and above park free.
M Resort is the only hotel in this guide that we can confirm parks every guest free. Check MGM’s parking page for current event rates, and see our guide to Las Vegas parking fees for the rest of the Strip.
Rideshare and road work
Pickup points differ by resort: south of the lobby, down the escalator at beach level, for Mandalay Bay and W Las Vegas; the North Entrance off Reno Avenue at Luxor; the Royal Tower entrance at Excalibur; the main entrance at New York-New York; and the Rideshare Lounge on the ground floor of the self-parking garage at MGM Grand. If you’re driving, the Review-Journal reported overnight lane restrictions on Las Vegas Boulevard between Tropicana Avenue and Russell Road through January 2027. Our guide to Las Vegas without a car covers the tram, Monorail and taxis.
Bags and entry
We couldn’t verify the stadium’s bag policy for this guide, so check the current rules and entry details on Allegiant Stadium’s official site before you leave the hotel.
Also near T-Mobile Arena
Several of these hotels work for both venues. MGM’s published walking times to T-Mobile Arena:
| Hotel | Walk to T-Mobile Arena (MGM) | Allegiant Stadium |
|---|---|---|
| New York-New York | Under 5 minutes (0.3 mile) | No published distance |
| MGM Grand | About 10 minutes (0.4 mile) | No published distance |
| Excalibur | 10 to 15 minutes (0.6 mile) | No published distance |
| Luxor | 15 to 20 minutes (0.8 mile) | Less than half a mile (MGM) |
| Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas, Four Seasons | 20 to 25 minutes (1.1 miles, partly by tram) | Under half a mile (MGM) or about 10 minutes (Four Seasons) |
Luxor is the best compromise for a two-venue weekend; T-Mobile Arena’s own site puts it 13 minutes away via the Excalibur bridge and New York-New York.
