The best spas in Las Vegas sit inside the big resorts, and Forbes Travel Guide rates eight of them: four Five-Star, four Four-Star. Ratings aren’t the whole story this fall, though. One Five-Star spa has its wet areas closed, Spa Bellagio is mid-renovation, and several spas sell day passes only to their own hotel guests, so this ranking adds every published price and access rule as of October 2026.

Quick answer

The Spa at Wynn is the best spa in Las Vegas: Forbes Five-Star, open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a sauna, steam room and whirlpool, and open to non-guests who book a treatment. The Spa & Salon at ARIA is the largest Forbes Five-Star spa and sells a $100 facility pass. For a day pass anyone can buy, Canyon Ranch at The Venetian charges visitors $125 Monday to Thursday and $150 Friday to Sunday (as of October 2026).

The best spas in Las Vegas at a glance

Forbes ratings are as listed on Forbes Travel Guide’s Las Vegas page in October 2026; no other Las Vegas spa is rated, and Spa Mio at M Resort is listed as “Soon to be Rated.”

1. The Spa at Wynn: Best Overall

Wynn Las Vegas tower rising behind its lake and fountains

Best Overall

Wynn Las Vegas

North Strip Luxury

  • Free guest self-parking
  • Five-Star Tower Suites & spa
  • Wynn Golf Club
  • Lake of Dreams

Forbes Five-Star, and the first spa in Las Vegas to win that award, according to Wynn. It opens daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (treatments from 8 a.m.), with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and a co-ed tranquility lounge, and Wynn says it was completely reimagined in 2019.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Forbes counts 45 treatment rooms, plus a whirlpool in a courtyard and a Jacuzzi room. You must be 18. Wynn sells spa admission passes to “guests not receiving treatments,” subject to availability, but doesn’t publish the price, and treatment reservations for non-resort guests “include access to our spa amenities.”

Watch out for: a conflict on non-guest days. Forbes’ page says non-resort guests can book Monday to Thursday only, while Wynn’s own page gives no day limit, so call before planning a weekend visit if you aren’t staying at Wynn. Our Wynn Las Vegas review covers the hotel.

2. The Spa & Salon at ARIA: Biggest Five-Star Spa

Biggest Five-Star Spa

ARIA Resort & Casino

Center Strip Luxury

  • Modern, tech-forward rooms
  • Forbes Five-Star spa
  • LIQUID Pool Lounge (21+)
  • Steps from Bellagio

At 80,000 square feet over two floors, ARIA bills it as “the largest Forbes Five-Star Spa in the world,” rated Five-Star every year from 2019 to 2026. The $100 facility pass covers the wet areas, Ganbanyoku heated-stone beds, the Shio Salt Room and the Outdoor Therapy Pool.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

The facility opens daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and treatments from 9 a.m.; guests must be 18, and ARIA asks you to arrive 45 minutes early to use the facilities, which are clothing-optional. The pass is subject to availability, and ARIA’s FAQ doesn’t say whether non-hotel guests can buy it, so ask. Read our ARIA Las Vegas review.

Watch out for: a 20% service charge on treatments.

3. The Spa & Nail Bar at Four Seasons: Best Casino-Free Five-Star

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas entrance with palm trees

Best Casino-Free Five-Star

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

South Strip Luxury

  • No casino
  • Smoke-free
  • Five-Star spa
  • Private pool + Mandalay Bay Beach

The only Forbes Five-Star spa in a hotel with no casino: Four Seasons fills five floors of the Mandalay Bay complex with its own entrance. Spa services run daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and locker rooms open at 7 a.m.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Treatments are also offered at the private pool. The catch is information: the spa page publishes no day pass, facility list or minimum age, so call before you plan around a steam room. Our guide to luxury hotels in Las Vegas compares Four Seasons with the other non-gaming option, Waldorf Astoria.

4. The Spa at Encore: Five-Star Treatments, Wet Areas Closed

Encore Las Vegas hotel tower under a blue sky

Five-Star Treatments, Wet Areas Closed

Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

North Strip Luxury

  • Free guest self-parking
  • Encore Beach Club (21+)

Forbes Five-Star, with refreshed treatment rooms, lounges, lobby and locker rooms. For now, “our sauna, steam room, shower areas and wet areas are temporarily unavailable as we complete the finishing touches,” and treatment prices reflect “a $45 price reduction.”

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

No end date is posted. Book Encore for a treatment at the lower price, or walk next door to The Spa at Wynn for the full thermal circuit.

5. Canyon Ranch at The Venetian: Best Day Pass for Non-Guests

Best Day Pass for Non-Guests

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Center Strip Luxury

  • All-suite rooms
  • Indoor bridge to Sphere
  • Two guest-only pool decks
  • World of Hyatt hotel

A 134,000-square-foot spa and fitness club rated Four-Star by Forbes. Day passes are posted for both groups: hotel guests pay $100 Monday to Thursday and $150 Friday to Sunday, visitors $125 and $150, subject to availability (as of October 2026).

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Canyon Ranch says the pass covers the Wave Room, Conservatory, Salt Grotto, shared whirlpools and saunas. It doesn’t say whether the Aquavana thermal suite is included, though qualifying services (typically $100 and up) come with complimentary Aquavana access. The spa opens 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.; full access starts at 18, and ages 14 to 17 are welcome with a parent or guardian. See our Venetian review.

Watch out for: an undated Canyon Ranch notice, seen in search results, that day-pass sales were “temporarily paused” for renovations starting July 7, while the live day-pass page lists prices. Check current status on Canyon Ranch’s day-pass page before you go.

6. Sahra Spa & Hammam: Best for Groups

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas towers lit up in the evening next to Bellagio

Best for Groups

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Center Strip Luxury

  • Terrace rooms
  • Marquee Dayclub
  • The Chandelier bar
  • MICHELIN-recognized dining

The Cosmopolitan’s Forbes Four-Star spa is built around a hammam with heated motherstone, dual soaking tubs, steam rooms and stone loungers. It opens daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for guests 18 and older.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Day passes are for hotel guests only: $100 Monday to Thursday and $150 Friday to Sunday, limited by availability (as of October 2026). “Non-hotel guests must reserve a treatment for facility access,” and full spa and fitness access comes “with the purchase of any treatment of $120 or more.” A 20% gratuity is added. The hammam makes Sahra the natural bachelorette pick; see our bachelorette and bachelor party hotels.

7. Awana Spa & Wellness: Best Co-ed Spa for Couples

Best Co-ed Spa for Couples

Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World

North Strip Upscale

  • 5.5-acre pool complex
  • Hilton Honors
  • Vegas Loop station
  • Zouk & Ayu

Resorts World’s Forbes Four-Star spa covers 27,000 square feet and calls itself an “expansive co-ed facility,” so couples can share the thermal areas. Its 30-minute Art of Aufguss sauna sessions are designed as a social experience.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

The Fountain of Youth Passport is “a three-hour passport that allows the guest to experience all of the facilities and amenities in the Spa,” but the price isn’t published; non-guests can get in with a scheduled service or the passport. The minimum age is 18. Resorts World’s page lists 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., though search snippets show 8:30 a.m., and it gives six vitality pools in one place and four in its FAQ.

8. Waldorf Astoria Spa: Best Quiet Spa Day

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas tower at night beside Crystals on the Strip

Best Quiet Spa Day

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

Center Strip Luxury

  • No casino
  • Smoke-free

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

ResortPass, a third-party booking site, sells non-guests a spa pass from $100 (ages 18 and up) covering the indoor vitality pool, steam rooms, ice fountains and relaxation lounges, with separate men’s and women’s areas and a 20% service charge. Hilton’s own page couldn’t be read, so confirm the price. Our Waldorf Astoria review covers the hotel.

9. QUA Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace: Best Value Pass on the Center Strip

Caesars Palace towers behind its fountains and gardens on the Strip

Best Value Pass on the Center Strip

Caesars Palace

Center Strip Upscale

  • Garden of the Gods pools
  • The Colosseum
  • Forum Shops
  • Celebrity-chef dining

Forbes doesn’t rate QUA, but Caesars’ April 2026 release priced a “Sunrise to Sunset Relaxation Pass” at $80 for the Roman Baths, Arctic Ice Room, Laconium Room and Steam Room, with no end date stated.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

The baths are gender-separate and clothing-optional, guests must be 18 with photo ID, and treatments include three hours of amenity access. Caesars’ site couldn’t be read for this update, and an undated third-party listing called QUA “temporarily closed for enhancements,” so confirm the pass before you go. 10. Lapis Spa & Wellness at Fontainebleau: Biggest New Spa

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Spa facilities and treatments are reserved for registered hotel guests from Friday to Sunday, and the public can book Monday to Thursday. Fontainebleau’s pages give conflicting session times and no price that we could verify, so call before you plan around Lapis. See our Fontainebleau review.

Best spa in Vegas for the money

  • Cheapest Strip pass: Luxor’s Nurture Spa, $50 on weekdays, with a dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room and jacuzzis.
  • Cheapest with a treatment: Treasure Island waives Oleksandra’s facility fee when you book a service, and its Deluxe Spa Rooms on the spa floor include free access.
  • Caesars’ smaller spas: promo code VUL10 takes 10% off services at the spas at Harrah’s, The LINQ and Flamingo, Reflections at Planet Hollywood and Voie at Paris, per an April 2026 release with no end date.
  • Skip the pass if you’re booking a massage: Wynn’s treatments include amenity access, Sahra opens fully with a treatment of $120 or more, QUA’s include three hours, and MGM Grand’s Grand Spa lets you use the facility all day on the day of a treatment.

Which Las Vegas spas are coed?

Co-ed: Awana at Resorts World, Bathhouse Spa at W Las Vegas, with warm and hot whirlpools, a eucalyptus steam room and a redwood sauna, and the Spa at The LINQ, with a Himalayan salt cave and spa pool. The Spa at Wynn has a co-ed tranquility lounge.

Separate: Waldorf Astoria’s men’s and women’s areas, and QUA’s gender-separate baths. Couples who want to share the thermal areas should book Awana, or Bathhouse if they’re staying at W Las Vegas; our romantic hotels in Las Vegas guide covers the rooms to pair with a spa day.

Spas for groups and bachelorettes

Plan around the age rule first: nearly every spa here requires guests to be 18. Canyon Ranch admits ages 14 to 17 with a parent or guardian, and Treasure Island’s Oleksandra offers limited services to minors with a guardian. Sahra’s hammam suits a group, MGM Grand’s Grand Spa builds packages “based on groups of 20 or more,” and Caesars’ February 2026 release priced All-You-Can-Spa, up to four hours of treatments, at $500 at The LINQ and $475 at Harrah’s.

Spas that are closed or limited right now

  • Spa Bellagio: “currently under renovation.” Select services run on the Spa Tower’s fourth floor and in-room, but “we currently do not offer amenities such as jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, locker rooms, and relaxation.” Trade reports targeted a November 2026 reopening; Bellagio’s page showed no date on Oct. 9.
  • The Spa at Encore: sauna, steam and wet areas closed, treatments $45 cheaper.
  • The Spa at Vdara: ARIA and Vdara guests only, closed Tuesdays; it lists Forbes Five-Star ratings from 2017 to 2023 but isn’t on the 2026 list.
  • Amina Spa at SAHARA: closed for renovation since June 2026.

Best spas off the Strip

Red Rock Resort’s spa in Summerlin lists daily hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and a private spa pool, for guests 18 and up; its day-pass price couldn’t be verified. JW Marriott’s Spa Aquae publishes no public day pass, and Marriott was advertising a $100 daily resort credit usable at the spa through Dec. 31, 2026, per a search extract. Spa Mio at M Resort is Forbes “Soon to be Rated.” More in our guide to the best off-Strip hotels in Las Vegas.

Stay or buy a pass? When the hotel wins

Book the hotel when the spa is guest-only: Sahra’s passes, Spa Mandalay, Bathhouse, Park MGM, The Spa at Vdara and Lapis on weekends. At Canyon Ranch, two visitors on a Tuesday pay 2 × $125 = $250, while two hotel guests pay 2 × $100 = $200, a $50 saving; on weekends it’s $150 a head either way. Against that, a night at The Venetian adds a $55-plus-tax resort fee that already covers fitness access for two at Canyon Ranch (as of October 2026).

How to choose a Las Vegas spa

  • Check the wet areas before the rating. Encore’s Five-Star spa has no sauna or steam right now, and Spa Bellagio has none.
  • Read who can buy. Sahra, Spa Mandalay, Bathhouse and Park MGM sell passes only to hotel guests.
  • Go midweek. Canyon Ranch, Sahra, Spa Mandalay, Bathhouse and Nurture charge more Friday to Sunday.
  • Add the service charge. ARIA, Sahra, Waldorf Astoria and MGM Grand add 20%.
  • Bring ID. Most spas require guests to be 18.

FAQ

What is the best spa in Las Vegas?

The Spa at Wynn. It’s Forbes Five-Star, open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and has a full thermal circuit plus a co-ed lounge. The Spa & Salon at ARIA is the largest Five-Star spa, with a $100 facility pass, and The Spa & Nail Bar at Four Seasons is the Five-Star pick without a casino.

Can you buy a day pass at the Wynn spa?

Yes, but Wynn doesn’t publish the price. It sells spa admission passes to guests not receiving treatments, subject to availability, and non-resort guests who book a treatment get access to the spa amenities. Forbes says non-resort guests can book Monday to Thursday only, which Wynn’s page doesn’t state, so call first.

How much is a day pass at Lapis Spa?

Fontainebleau doesn’t publish a price on the pages we could read. Lapis sells a Celestial Waters Passport in morning and afternoon sessions, but session times conflict across its pages, and only registered hotel guests can use the spa from Friday to Sunday. Call the spa for the current price and times.

What is the best spa in Vegas on a budget?

Luxor’s Nurture Spa, at $50 Monday to Thursday and $60 Friday to Sunday, is the cheapest Strip day pass we found (as of October 2026). Treasure Island’s Oleksandra charges hotel guests $50 and visitors $60, and Caesars’ QUA priced an all-day pass at $80 in April 2026, worth checking if it’s still on sale.

Is Spa Bellagio open?

Only partly. As of October 2026, Bellagio says the spa is under renovation, with select services on the Spa Tower’s fourth floor and in-room massages and facials, but no jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, locker rooms or relaxation areas. Trade reports targeted a November 2026 reopening, and Bellagio hadn’t posted a date.

Pick the spa first, then decide whether a night at its hotel beats a pass on the day you want. For the hotels behind these spas, see our best hotels in Las Vegas.
