Most big resorts sell 2-bedroom suites in Las Vegas, but few publish a guest limit that fits six, eight or ten people, and some “two-bedroom” listings are really two rooms joined by a door. Below, suites are sorted by each hotel’s published maximum, with conflicts flagged and the fee math shown.

Quick answer

For six, Vdara’s two-bedroom suites (full kitchen, washer and dryer) and The Venetian’s 2,800-square-foot Corner Two Bedroom Suite are the cleanest fits on the Strip. For eight to ten, Elara, connected to Miracle Mile Shops, sells three- and four-bedroom suites with full kitchens. For 12, Westgate’s off-Strip Four Bedroom Presidential Suite lists room for 12.

Every guest limit, size and fee here comes from the hotels’ own room pages and terms, rechecked in October 2026; our page on how we review hotels covers the rest of the method.

What changed in 2026

  • January 2026: Caesars Palace added two Colosseum Presidential Villas and 29 Octavius Sky Villas; Caesars still publishes no guest limits for its suites.
  • Fall/winter 2026: Circa’s Founder’s Entourage Suite, listed for up to 10 guests, is “available to stay,” per Circa.
  • October 2026: MGM Grand’s room list no longer includes the Tower Spa Suite that older suite lists still recommend.

2-bedroom suites in Las Vegas at a glance: who sleeps how many

Vdara, The Venetian, Mandalay Bay, ARIA, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, W Las Vegas and New York-New York each publish a six-guest maximum for at least one two-bedroom suite. For eight or more, look at Elara’s three- and four-bedroom suites, Mandalay Bay’s Four-Bedroom Presidential Suite or MGM Grand’s SKYLOFTS, and check extra-guest charges first.

Sleeps is the maximum the hotel publishes, not a bed count, and Not published means the hotel doesn’t list the figure (official pages, checked October 2026). Traveling as a family of five? Our family hotels guide covers rooms for five or six; this page starts at six.

The connecting-room trap

Some “two-bedroom” listings are two rooms joined by a door, which can mean two reservations, two resort fees and two deposits. See “True 2-bedroom suite or two connected rooms?” below before you book one.

Center Strip Upscale

  • No casino
  • Smoke-free
  • All suites
  • Walk to Bellagio

A non-gaming, smoke-free all-suite tower beside ARIA and Bellagio. All three two-bedroom suites have two king bedrooms, a pull-out queen sofa bed, a full kitchen with a microwave and full-size fridge, and a washer and dryer, with a six-guest maximum.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

The Two Bedroom Penthouse (1,316 square feet) is the smallest; the two-level Loft (1,447) adds a guest powder room, and the Hospitality Suite (1,600, on floors 42 to 48) adds a Bosch full-size oven. Studios (582 square feet, up to four) have a two-burner kitchenette. Our Vdara review covers the pool, parking and the walk to the Strip.

Watch out for: Vdara’s FAQ lists $40 per person per night above two occupants; if that applies to your rate, six guests add 4 × $40 = $160 a night. Suites carry a $250-a-day hold ($350 for luxury suites), and the resort fee is $55 plus tax (as of October 2026).

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Center Strip Luxury

  • All-suite rooms
  • Indoor bridge to Sphere
  • Two guest-only pool decks
  • World of Hyatt hotel

Every room at The Venetian and The Palazzo is a suite, and the resort sells both true two-bedroom suites and connecting suites for groups that want two doors.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

For six, book the Corner Two Bedroom Suite on the top floor of the Venetian South Tower: king and two-queen bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, three bathrooms, a pool table and dining for eight. The Skyline Grand Two Bedroom Suite (1,660 square feet, up to six) is booked through suite reservations, not online. For eight, ask about The Palazzo’s Executive Two Bedroom Suite: the resort’s suites-for-6 page says it sleeps eight, but its two-bedroom overview pitches these suites to groups of up to six, so get the limit confirmed.

Watch out for: each extra guest 13 or older beyond the two included costs $50 plus tax a day. The Venetian’s suites FAQ rules out coffee makers and microwaves, and you must be 21 to check in. Our Venetian review compares the two towers.

Best for 8 to 10 With Full Kitchens

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

  • Connected to Miracle Mile Shops
  • Suites with full kitchens
  • Seasonal pool & cabanas

A 52-story Hilton Grand Vacations tower one block off the Strip, connected to Miracle Mile Shops with access to Planet Hollywood. Its two-, three- and four-bedroom suites have full kitchens and washer-dryers.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Occupancy comes as a range because units vary: 4 to 6 guests in a 2-Bedroom Suite, 6 to 8 in a 3-Bedroom and 8 to 10 in a 4-Bedroom. Every bedroom in the three- and four-bedroom suites has a king, and lock-off sections with their own kitchenette let part of the group close a door. Confirm your unit’s maximum on Elara’s Hilton Grand Vacations page.

Watch out for: a resort fee reported at $40 plus tax ($40 × 1.1338 = $45.35 a night), self-parking at $25 a day and valet at $35 (as of October 2026), and a 4 p.m. check-in with a 10 a.m. check-out. There’s no casino, and the tower is smoke-free.

Mandalay Bay’s multi-bedroom suites run from a 1,450-square-foot two-bedroom for six to the 5,610-square-foot Four-Bedroom Presidential Suite, with four king beds for eight.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Book the Panoramic Two Bedroom Suite by bed type: the two-queen version (two queens and a king) takes six, the two-king version only four. The three-bedroom Orchid Suite (3,825 square feet) also stops at six, so eight guests means the Four-Bedroom Presidential.

Watch out for: $40 plus tax per person per night above two, a $100-a-day hold and a resort fee of $50 plus tax (as of October 2026). Our Mandalay Bay review covers the rest of the resort.

  • Barry Manilow

An off-Strip resort beside the Las Vegas Convention Center with its own Monorail station. The 2,500-square-foot Four Bedroom Presidential Suite lists room for 12: four king beds, two queen sleeper sofas, six bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Check the smaller kitchen units: Westgate’s pages give the eight-guest Family Suite as 700 or 975 square feet, and one official page lists the 1,300-square-foot Two-Bedroom Villa for up to 4 in its header and up to 6 in its description. Confirm on Westgate’s accommodations page.

Watch out for: guest reviews call the property dated and mention timeshare sales pitches. Self-parking is paid, the resort fee is $49.99 plus tax and the deposit is $50 a day (as of October 2026). The minimum check-in age is 18, not 21.

A non-gaming, smoke-free suite hotel a short walk through The District from MGM Grand. It lists no two-bedroom suite and caps every suite at four, but each one has a kitchenette or a full kitchen.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Eight people fit in two One-Bedroom Balcony Suites: 900 square feet each, a king plus a queen sofa bed, a full kitchen with an oven and a balcony. Two suites mean two resort fees: 2 × $50 = $100 a night, or 2 × $56.69 = $113.38 with the 13.38% tax.

Watch out for: no room service and no self-parking (valet is complimentary for one car per reservation), plus a $100-a-day hold capped at $300. Some units are rented out by individual owners, so book the MGM-run hotel. The balcony suites also appear in our guide to Las Vegas hotels with balconies.

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

The Penthouse Two-Bedroom Suite has two primary bedrooms and two marble bathrooms, and the Penthouse Three-Bedroom tops 3,000 square feet with a marble bath for each bedroom. Trump publishes no other suite sizes; one-bedroom suites have a European-style kitchen or kitchenette.

Watch out for: a $500-a-night hold on penthouses and a $1,000 cleaning fee if anyone smokes in one. In return, valet is complimentary, and at $39 plus tax per room, per day, the resort fee is the lowest in our top eight (as of October 2026).

8. MGM Grand: Best 3-Bedroom Loft

Best 3-Bedroom Loft

MGM Grand Las Vegas

South Strip Mid-range

  • 6.5-acre pools & lazy river
  • KÀ by Cirque du Soleil

MGM Grand’s regular two-bedroom suites cap at four guests even with two king beds, so groups should look at SKYLOFTS: the Two Bedroom Loft (3,000 square feet, up to 7) and the Three Bedroom Loft (6,000 square feet, up to 9).

Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

The Three Bedroom Loft has two kings, two queens, 3.5 bathrooms and a media room, and it’s booked by phone through Luxury Reservations. SKYLOFTS add a 24-hour butler. Our MGM Grand review covers the resort, and our luxury hotels guide includes SKYLOFTS among the city’s best suites and villas.

Watch out for: $40 plus tax per guest above two, a $100-a-day hold capped at $400 and a resort fee of $50 plus tax (as of October 2026).

More suites for 6, 8 and 10

  • For 6 on the center Strip: ARIA’s Sky Suites two-bedroom suites and The Cosmopolitan’s Two Bedroom City Suite both take six, though ARIA adds $50 plus tax per person above two; see our ARIA review.
  • For 8 in two suites, just off the Strip: every room at Rio is a suite, and the remodeled Ipanema Tower suites take up to four each, all with pullout couches. Two suites cover eight, with $35 per extra guest per night beyond two adults; our Rio review explains the two towers.
  • For 8 or 10, off the Strip: the Palms Two Bedroom Penthouse (up to 8) comes with a 24-hour butler, and Palms’ Kingpin Suite (two bowling lanes) and Hardwood Suite (a basketball court) list ten. Virgin Hotels’ three-bedroom Grand Stellar Suite takes eight.
  • For 10 downtown: the 21+ Circa lists ten for its Founder’s Entourage Suite, “available to stay fall/winter 2026.”

More 2-bedroom suites, hotel by hotel

Nearly every big resort sells a two-bedroom suite, but many don’t publish a guest limit. “Not published” means the hotel lists size and beds only, so call before booking six people into one (official room pages, checked October 2026).

True 2-bedroom suite or two connected rooms?

Some “two-bedroom” suites are two rooms joined by a door or a foyer, which can mean two reservations, two resort fees and two incidental deposits:

  • Booked as two suites: The Venetian’s connecting pairs (a Luxury King plus a Luxury Two Queen Suite, booked by phone, or a King Loft plus a Two Queen Loft for up to six) give you a connected two-bedroom layout, but as two suite reservations. The resort calls its fee “a mandatory daily charge per suite,” so you pay it twice, plus two $150 deposits (per night under its terms, per reservation under its suites FAQ).
  • Sold as one, built as two: the W Premier Two Bedroom Suite and Planet Hollywood’s Ultra 2 Bedroom Panorama Suite are connected two-bedroom layouts. W’s joins a 725-square-foot two-queen suite to a 417-square-foot king bedroom through a living area; Planet Hollywood’s links a suite and an Ultra Hip Room through a foyer. Ask how each is billed.
  • Worth a question: Bellagio’s Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite lists an option to connect a Tower Deluxe Room “for a second bedroom,” so confirm whether its second bedroom is a connecting room.

If a soaking session matters, a few group suites come with a true jetted tub: The Palazzo’s Executive Suite, Bellagio’s Two Bedroom Tower Suite and Two Bedroom Penthouse, and New York-New York’s Two Bedroom Penthouse, according to the hotels. Our guide to suites with a jetted tub separates them from air-jet and soaking tubs.

What a group suite really costs after resort fees

Resort fees are charged per room, per night, not per person, and Clark County taxes them as room rent at 13.38% on the Strip, so a $55 fee becomes $55 × 1.1338 = $62.36. One suite pays one fee; three rooms pay three.

Extra-guest charges complicate that. Here are daily add-ons for six guests aged 13 or older at The Venetian, under its rules (two guests per reservation, $50 plus tax per extra guest, $55 resort fee):

Setup for six guestsResort feesExtra-guest chargesDaily add-ons before tax
One two-bedroom suite1 × $55 = $554 × $50 = $200$255
Two connecting suites, three per suite2 × $55 = $1102 × $50 = $100$210
Three standard suites, two per suite3 × $55 = $165$0$165

Per person, that’s $255 ÷ 6 = $42.50, $210 ÷ 6 = $35 or $165 ÷ 6 = $27.50 a day before tax. Room rates, which vary by day of the week, events and season, decide the winner, so price each setup for the same dates and ask if the extra-guest charge applies to your suite. Our resort fees guide lists every major hotel’s fee.

Las Vegas suites with kitchens and kitchenettes

Vdara, Elara, The Signature at MGM Grand, Trump International and Westgate put kitchens or kitchenettes in suites. The Cosmopolitan’s official room pages list no kitchenettes, despite older claims.

Outside our hotel list, Jockey Club (next to The Cosmopolitan) and Marriott’s Grand Chateau (half a block off the Strip) rent two-bedroom units for six with full kitchens. Las Vegas Advisor lists Jockey Club with no resort fee, and Grand Chateau says it charges none.

Are there 3-bedroom suites in Las Vegas?

Yes, though far fewer than two-bedroom suites, and several cap at six:

  • Elara 3-Bedroom Suite: three kings, a full kitchen, 6 to 8 guests.
  • MGM Grand SKYLOFTS Three Bedroom Loft: up to 9, booked by phone.
  • Virgin Hotels: the Grand Stellar Suite (up to 8) and three-king suites such as the Shag Suite (up to 6).
  • Encore Three Bedroom Duplex (5,829 square feet, with butler service) and Mandalay Bay’s Orchid Suite: up to 6 each.
  • Caesars Palace and Paris: the Palace Sky Suite and the Napoleon Suite publish no guest limit.

The Boulevard, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the north Strip, lists a 3-Bedroom Suite for 6 to 8 with a full kitchen. Marriott’s Grand Chateau lists one at a size smaller than its own two-bedroom villa, so confirm size and occupancy first.

How to choose a Las Vegas suite for a group

  • Read the limit, not the beds. Bellagio’s Two Bedroom Tower Suite has three beds but a four-guest maximum; MGM Grand’s two-bedroom suites, Wynn’s two-bedroom Fairway Villa and Encore’s Two Bedroom Apartment also cap at four.
  • Treat “not published” as “call first.” Caesars Palace, Paris, Planet Hollywood, Flamingo, Harrah’s, The LINQ, Horseshoe, Conrad and Fontainebleau publish no suite maximums.
  • Check what “max guests” means. W Las Vegas lists 10 guests for a one-king penthouse with no pullout beds: room to entertain, not to sleep. Jockey Club’s limits count children of any age.
  • Ask about rollaways. The Venetian and The Signature don’t offer them; MGM Grand lists them at $40, Westgate at $30 a night, and Wynn and Encore offer them on request in multi-bedroom suites.
  • Plan on 21 at check-in at most hotels here (Westgate: 18); see our check-in age guide.
  • Budget for bigger holds. Wynn and Encore hold $500 a night on villas, apartments and duplexes, and The Cosmopolitan $1,000 a night on a Chelsea Penthouse (as of October 2026). Smoking in a Mandalay Bay or ARIA suite costs at least $1,000. Our hotel deposits guide lists every hold.
  • For a party, book party space. Mandalay Bay lists a no-bed Hospitality Suite for up to 20, and The Venetian sends groups of 20 or more suites to Group Sales. Our list of bachelor and bachelorette party hotels covers party suites with bowling lanes, bars and pools.

FAQ

Which Las Vegas hotels have 2-bedroom suites?

Most large Strip resorts do, but fewer publish a guest limit. Vdara, The Venetian, Mandalay Bay, ARIA, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, W Las Vegas and New York-New York list six for at least one. The Reserve at Park MGM lists six for its Suite Royale Premiere, though its FAQ caps rooms at four, so confirm. Caesars-run hotels, Conrad and Fontainebleau publish no limit, so call before booking six into one.

How much is a 3-bedroom suite in Vegas?

There’s no fixed price: hotels price three-bedroom suites by date, and some, such as the SKYLOFTS loft, are booked by phone. The add-ons are clearer: one resort fee per suite per night, such as $55 plus tax ($62.36), and holds of up to $500 a night for Encore’s duplex and Trump’s penthouses. Prices vary according to travel dates and availability.

Where can you find a cheap 2-bedroom suite in Las Vegas?

Start with budget-priced hotels and condo-style resorts. New York-New York’s 2,600-square-foot Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite takes six. Excalibur’s two-bedroom suites list 7 guests (Royal) or 4 (Resort Luxury) for the same size and beds, so confirm the limit. Jockey Club (per Las Vegas Advisor) and Marriott’s Grand Chateau charge no resort fee.

Do Vegas hotels have microwaves?

Only some rooms do. The Venetian’s suites have no microwaves or coffee makers, and personal cooking appliances aren’t allowed. Microwaves come standard in suites at The Signature at MGM Grand, in Vdara’s two-bedroom suites, in Elara’s kitchens and kitchenettes, and in Westgate’s Studio Suite, alongside a mini fridge. Our guide to Las Vegas hotels with a fridge and microwave covers standard rooms too.

Pick the suite by its published guest limit first, then compare totals for the same dates with every resort fee counted. For hotels ranked on more than space, start with our best hotels in Las Vegas.
