Las Vegas Marriott is the all-suite hotel at 325 Convention Center Drive, near the Las Vegas Convention Center’s West Hall. This Las Vegas Marriott review focuses on its value as a convention base: room space, a non-casino setting and the cost of spending your evenings elsewhere.

Who should choose Las Vegas Marriott?

Choose this Marriott when West Hall access and a conventional business-hotel stay are your priorities. Choose a Strip resort if you want casino entertainment, numerous restaurants and a large leisure complex immediately outside your room.

Las Vegas Marriott review: get the correct property

This is Las Vegas Marriott, not JW Marriott in Summerlin, Renaissance Las Vegas or an MGM resort participating in Marriott Bonvoy. Those properties serve different itineraries. Use the street address on the confirmation rather than booking from the brand name alone.

The hotel officially places itself near the Convention Center’s West Hall. That is useful when your event actually uses West Hall, but “near the convention center” is not a complete route plan. Obtain your hall, entrance and registration location before selecting a hotel.

Our LVCC hotel guide compares the broader area. For a work trip with meetings elsewhere, the business hotel shortlist may produce a better fit.

Suites, views and sleeping arrangements

Marriott describes an all-suite room collection and currently identifies the property as fully renovated. The room page highlights selected Sphere views, but a standard booking does not automatically include that outlook. Choose a named view category or obtain a specific written confirmation.

The suite label should prompt a floor-plan check. It does not establish that there is a bedroom door, a full kitchen or a second bathroom. If colleagues are sharing, a seating area in the same room may not provide the privacy you expect.

Compare these details before paying for an upgrade:

NeedWhat to verify
Separate sleeping spacesA door between the bedroom and living area
Extra guestApproved capacity and a real additional bed
Sphere outlookView wording on the confirmed category
Working in the roomDesk position, outlets and chair
Accessible bathroomExact accessible category and bathing features

A room photo taken from one angle rarely answers all five questions. Our suite guide explains how to compare usable space with the headline room label.

Location for convention days and evenings out

For a West Hall schedule, staying nearby can simplify the beginning and end of each working day. Build your plan around the public entrance you will use, not a line drawn to the middle of a large convention-center map.

For evenings on the center Strip, plan an actual journey. This location does not give you Bellagio’s fountain-front setting or direct access to every resort restaurant. Read the Las Vegas Monorail guide if its stations match your route, and check event-specific transport before assuming a service will operate when you need it.

A mixed work-and-leisure trip may justify this hotel for convention nights and a different base afterward. Our split-stay guide helps evaluate the time spent moving bags against the benefit of changing location.

Dining: Sagebrush and SB Market

The current Marriott site lists Sagebrush and SB Market. Sagebrush provides the hotel’s restaurant-and-bar option, while SB Market handles coffee and grab-and-go choices. Marriott identifies the market as cashless.

Do not assume breakfast is included simply because the hotel has a breakfast venue. Read your rate description. A package that includes breakfast needs to specify the eligible guests and what the allowance covers; a room-only rate should be compared with a realistic separate meal budget.

For an early trade-show start, ask when breakfast service begins and whether a takeaway option fits your timetable. The most useful dining benefit is the one available before you need to leave.

Pool, fitness and leisure expectations

The property lists an outdoor pool and a fitness center. These support a business-hotel stay, but should not be interpreted as a substitute for a resort with multiple pool environments, a dayclub and extensive spa facilities.

If pool time is the centerpiece of the vacation, compare the Las Vegas pool hotel guide. For a short swim after meetings, the simpler arrangement may be exactly what you want. Check current access and maintenance notices close to arrival.

The hotel lists a smoke-free property policy. That makes the setting relevant to travelers avoiding casino circulation, although no hotel can guarantee that every external public space or neighboring venue will be smoke-free.

Parking, charges and arrival requirements

The current official page lists paid self-parking, EV charging and a garage clearance of seven feet. If you drive a tall van or have roof-mounted equipment, confirm the usable entrance and a suitable alternative before arrival.

Published check-in is 4 p.m., checkout is 11 a.m. and the minimum check-in age is 21. Ask the hotel about early room access separately from baggage storage. A meeting at noon does not create an entitlement to an available suite at noon.

Compare the final rate with taxes, parking and any mandatory property charges. Keep the card authorization separate from the amount ultimately spent. Our resort-fee guide and deposit guide explain those distinctions.

Non-gaming, smoke-free Renaissance just south of the Las Vegas Convention Center, minutes from the halls and the Monorail.

Compare Renaissance for another non-gaming convention-area hotel. SpringHill Suites advertises breakfast and no resort fee, while Residence Inn is more focused on kitchen-equipped longer stays.

Marriott is the stronger choice when its specific West Hall position and suite category solve your daily routine. Do not choose it merely to collect a brand name while overlooking a more suitable event entrance or sleeping arrangement.

FAQ

Is Las Vegas Marriott on the Strip?

No. It is on Convention Center Drive. Choose it for the convention-area location rather than a center-Strip resort experience.

Does every room have a Sphere view?

No such guarantee should be inferred. Marriott markets selected Sphere-view accommodation; confirm the view in the purchased category.

Is breakfast free?

Check your rate. Having Sagebrush and a market on site does not mean every reservation includes breakfast.

Is there a casino in the hotel?

The property is a non-gaming hotel. You can visit casino resorts separately without making one your overnight base.
