Venetian versus Palazzo is a choice between two hotel settings within The Venetian Resort, with different suite collections and arrival locations. Compare the exact category rather than assuming that “all-suite” means the same layout, equipment or view in both.

Should you book Venetian or Palazzo?

Compare Venetian’s current 650-square-foot Luxury King with Palazzo’s 720-square-foot Luxury King as a starting point. Choose by the suite you prefer and the resort locations you will use most. Both standard examples have open sleeping and living areas, not a guaranteed enclosed separate bedroom.

Venetian vs Palazzo: one resort, different accommodation choices

Both are part of the wider Venetian Resort, so many dining, shopping and leisure plans can be made within the same connected setting. The hotel choice still affects where you arrive and the suite product you buy.

Use the current resort map for your actual priorities: Venetian Expo, Sphere access routes, a particular restaurant, pool or parking entrance. No single tower is nearest to every destination.

Read the Venetian and Palazzo review for the overall resort decision. This comparison focuses on choosing between the accommodation collections rather than creating duplicate full reviews.

Luxury King: compare the current specifications

The official Venetian Luxury King page lists 650 square feet and a remodeled category. Palazzo’s Luxury King page lists 720 square feet. That difference can matter for living space, but should be compared with the actual furniture and layout.

These are named-category examples. Two-queen, loft, premium, accessible and larger suites can differ, so do not apply the table to every room with the Venetian or Palazzo name.

Open living area versus a separate bedroom

A sunken or distinct living area gives the suite more usable zones than a conventional room, but it may remain open to the sleeping area. That is different from a bedroom behind a door.

For a couple, the open layout may be attractive. For coworkers or parents with different sleep schedules, it may provide less privacy than expected.

If someone will sleep on a sofa, confirm the exact sleeper and approved occupancy. Category pages can use different wording, including request-based arrangements, so the booking needs to support the whole party.

Our suite guide and sofa-bed guide explain those checks.

Refrigerator, coffee and kitchen expectations

The current remodeled Venetian Luxury King page explicitly lists a complimentary empty guest fridge, separate from its refreshment-center minibar. Do not assume that every other category or older listing has the same arrangement.

A suite with a fridge is not a full kitchen. Confirm coffee makers, microwaves and cooking equipment separately rather than assuming they follow from the suite label.

The refrigerator guide helps compare personal storage with a stocked minibar. If cooking is essential, use the kitchen hotel guide to compare a different accommodation product.

Bathroom and accessibility differences

The Luxury King examples advertise Roman-tub bathroom arrangements, but accessible variants can change steps, sunken living areas, bathing fixtures and other details. Book the exact accessible room required by the guest.

A larger bathroom does not necessarily mean an additional full bathroom. If two bathrooms matter, use our two-bathroom suite guide rather than inferring them from total floor area.

For a bathtub-focused stay, compare the current category specification directly. A gallery image can show another suite or a different bathroom variant.

Pools and resort access

The resort’s official suite information describes guest access to pool areas across Venetian and Palazzo under current conditions. That does not include every dayclub, cabana, reserved chair or separately priced experience.

Check current operation for your travel dates and the age rules for any specific area. A shared resort setting does not mean every pool product is available to every guest at no extra charge.

If swimming is the main reason for the trip, read the pool hotel guide and compare the exact access conditions rather than selecting a tower from a broad aerial pool photograph.

Prestige is a separate upgrade

Prestige Club Lounge access should appear in the reservation or approved upgrade. A standard suite at either hotel does not automatically include the lounge’s breakfast, evening service or private-arrival benefits.

The resort currently describes access to both Prestige lounges for eligible guests, with additional-person conditions. Compare the real party total and service times before valuing the benefit.

Our club-lounge guide explains the product. Choose the suite and location first, then decide whether the lounge supports the schedule you will actually keep.

Expo, Sphere and arrival location

For a convention, identify your actual hall, registration point and entrance. For Sphere, check the current event route rather than assuming a hotel name alone establishes the fastest approach.

The Venetian Expo hotel guide and Sphere hotel guide help compare those itineraries. A useful location for one destination may not be the shortest route to another.

Give a driver the correct hotel entrance and confirm where you should check in. That is more practical than arriving at a general resort pin and discovering your room is in a different part of the complex.

Price and the final choice

Compare the same dates, guests, bed, view and cancellation conditions. A larger Palazzo suite can be worth a premium when you will use the space; a remodeled Venetian category may be more appealing at a particular price.

Do not depend on a free upgrade to obtain an essential bed or view. Reserve a product you can accept as confirmed and use the where-to-stay guide if the resort’s broader location is still undecided.

The better choice is the exact suite and arrival location that support your trip, not a blanket ranking that ignores the room sold for your dates.

FAQ

Is Palazzo part of Venetian?

Do standard suites have enclosed separate bedrooms?
